Shipping & Policies
Production & Delivery
Each print is produced to order using archival materials and processes. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. You will receive a tracking notification once your print ships.
Packaging
All prints are professionally packaged to protect against damage in transit. Large format pieces ship in custom foam-protected packaging built for the size and medium.
Acrylic & Framed Acrylic Shipping
Acrylic and framed acrylic pieces receive white-glove attention. Shipping is arranged individually to ensure your collector's piece arrives safely—we'll contact you with details and options after your order. Larger works may require freight delivery.
Damage & Defects
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery for acrylic or 5 days for metal, with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each print is produced specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns for change of mind — this is standard practice for made-to-order fine art. If you have any uncertainty about size, material, or whether a piece is right for your space, please reach out before ordering. I'm happy to help.
