Refund policy

Returns & Collector Assurance

Each piece is produced exclusively to order using museum-grade materials and crafted for long-term display. As such, all sales are considered final once production begins.

Because your artwork is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes in preference, sizing decisions, or image selection. We encourage collectors to review all details carefully prior to purchase. If you need guidance selecting the right piece or size, we are always available to assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

Every order is carefully produced and inspected, but if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery for Acrylic and 5 days for metal at westbrookcreativellc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the artwork and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Order Accuracy

As each work is made to order, we are unable to accommodate refunds or replacements due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Changes of mind after purchase

If an order is returned due to an address issue, we can coordinate reshipment at the collector’s expense.


Returns

In most cases, damaged or defective pieces do not need to be returned. If a return is required, instructions will be provided after review.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


A Note to Collectors

This work is created to be experienced at scale and to last for decades. While our policies reflect the custom nature of fine art production, our commitment is simple:

If there is ever an issue with your piece, we will work with you to resolve it with the care and attention it deserves.


Metal

If your print arrived damaged upon delivery, please use the form below to attach up to 5 photos of the damaged print. Please include at least 3 pictures of the actual damage on the print: a close-up of the damage, a distant photo showing the entire print with damage, and 2 images of the actual damage to the packaging. This is so we can process the claim with the shipping service. Please do not discard the damaged print until you receive your replacement.

Acrylic

There is a 2 days (48 hours) window from delivery to inspect your shipment and place an insurance claim, as detailed in your tracking declaration email. Damaged items will be replaced or repaired where applicable.

Damage claim form

For metal prints, attach up to 5 photos (at least 3 showing print damage and packaging damage). For acrylic prints, submit within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
