Frequently Asked Questions

How is my print packaged and shipped?

Prints are carefully packaged to protect against damage in transit. Metal prints are wrapped and boxed; acrylic prints receive additional protective packaging. Each shipment includes tracking. Shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

What are the shipping timelines?

Prints are produced to order. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks; shipping adds 5–10 business days. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not currently available. We ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, please contact us to discuss options.

How do I hang my print?

Metal and acrylic prints arrive ready to hang. Hardware is included; wall prep and hanging guidance are in the packaging. For detailed installation questions, refer to the packaging instructions or contact us.

What hardware is included?

Each print ships with appropriate hanging hardware—typically a French cleat or similar system for secure mounting. Instructions are included in the package.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of limited edition prints, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your print arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Does each print include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Each work includes a certificate of authenticity documenting edition number, total edition size, material, and scale. Retain it for provenance.

What is the difference between metal and acrylic prints?

Metal (ChromaLuxe aluminum) and acrylic (LumaChrome face-mounted) offer distinct presentations. Metal suits modern interiors and high-traffic spaces; acrylic offers the highest depth and clarity, ideal for controlled lighting. Both are archival. For full specifications, see About the Prints.

What does limited edition mean?

Each image is produced in a fixed edition size. When the edition is complete, that image is no longer offered; the edition is closed permanently. For edition philosophy and technical details, see About the Prints.
