Shipping Policy

Greg Westbrook Fine Art Photography produces each limited edition print to order and ships within the United States.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. Prints are produced to order (typically 1–2 weeks), then shipped via carrier with tracking (typically 5–10 business days in the continental United States). You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and interested in a piece, please contact us to discuss options.

Packaging

All prints are professionally packaged to protect against damage in transit. Large format pieces ship in custom foam-protected packaging appropriate for the size and medium (metal or acrylic).

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on print size, material, and destination.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy. Contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery for acrylic or 5 days of delivery for metal at westbrookcreativellc@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the artwork and packaging.

How to Initiate a Claim

  1. Email westbrookcreativellc@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery for acrylic or 5 days of delivery for metal.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
  3. We review claims within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund when approved.
